Fair Wages & Healthy Families Act Workshop
The Fair Wages & Healthy Families Act (formerly Proposition 206) is Arizona's new minimum wage and mandatory paid sick time law. All Arizona employers need to be familiar with their obligations under this law, which affects every employer except the state and federal government. Laura Hamblin, employment lawyer and human resources consultant, will explain those obligations and outline the "to do" list for employers.
