Pure Leadership with Scott Lewis (Senior Lecturer Northern Arizona University)

Today, we must prepare ourselves to become 21st century leaders in our respective areas of expertise and/or organizations. In order to be successful, we must be willing to adopt the beliefs, values and mindset of the leader we want to become, and be willing to implement those attributes into the workplace. We will discuss how organizations can change their leadership format and provide their people with the emotional support they need. This two hour class will explore the good nature of leadership and look at what it takes to be an effective leader in today's world.
