Our team is honored to introduce Legacy Hospice, a local, family-owned and operated hospice agency serving all of Yavapai County. Our team lives locally and are deeply rooted in the community with many years of providing exceptional hospice care. Every member of our team has a servant’s heart drawing from personal and professional hospice experience. We believe it is important to educate our community on the values of hospice at end-of-life. We will walk with our patients on their end-of-life journey, guiding and supporting them each step of the way. Our hope is to empower our patients to leave a legacy that will be remembered for generations to come. We are honored to be a part of their legacy.
